Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain corrugated cardboard with a Canada Post shipping label and no exterior product references. Vacuum-sealed, smell-proof inner packaging keeps everything fresh and private.
Dispatch schedule
- Orders with payment confirmed before 2:00pm ET ship the same business day.
- Orders confirmed after the cutoff or on a weekend ship the next business day.
- You receive an email with Canada Post tracking the moment the label is generated.
Address changes
Reply to your order-confirmation email before the dispatch confirmation arrives and we will update the shipping address at no charge. Once the package is in the mail stream the address is fixed by Canada Post.
