Ordering & Account
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order-confirmation email with payment instructions; once payment is confirmed your order ships same or next business day.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you re-order quickly and view order history.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Reply to the order-confirmation email and we will update or cancel.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $110 CAD minimum order.
How does Mix & Match work?
Stack any strains together and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. 15% off 2+ ounces, 35% off 3+, 45% off 8+. 10% off 2+ quarter pounds, 15% off 4+. 7.5% off 2+ half pounds. Flower only.
Shipping
How fast is shipping?
Canada Post Standard 2–5 business days. Xpresspost upgrade 1–2 business days. We dispatch same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — orders over $200 CAD ship free via Canada Post Standard. Otherwise it is $20 Standard or $30 Xpresspost.
Do you ship internationally?
No — we ship within Canada only.
Is the package discreet?
Yes. Outer packaging is plain and unbranded with no exterior product reference.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email us within 14 days of the delivery date with photos of the packaging. We replace verified damaged or lost shipments at no charge.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin (BTC). After placing your order you receive payment instructions by email.
Do you accept other crypto?
Yes — ETH, USDT, LTC, SOL, XMR and more on request. Reply to your order email after checkout and we will send the matching wallet address.
Why don't you accept credit cards?
Card networks restrict cannabis merchants. e-Transfer and crypto keep fees lower and processing simpler.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Interac e-Transfer usually clears within minutes. Bitcoin typically clears within 1 confirmation (~10 minutes).

What grade is your flower?
AAA to AAAA — hand-picked Canadian flower from trusted growers.
Are concentrates and edibles tested?
Yes — we work with established Canadian producers whose products are lab-tested for potency.
